“The cabin's seclusion was exactly what we were looking for in a rental. The pics really don't do the property justice. My grandkids came to visit and spent hours outside exploring. In the afternoon/early evening, we sat around the fire pit and enjoyed each other's company. We burned wood the kids found on their adventures.”

“We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out. ”

“We were a little doubtful when we pulled into the parking lot as to whether we had chosen well or not. However, check in went smoothly and we were delighted when we saw our room. It was very large with two queen size beds and looked brand new! Everything was new in the bedroom and in the bathroom, including the air conditioner. The room smelled fresh, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner kept the room at our perfect temperature and was very quiet. The hotel was in a quiet……
